I have a problem with serving draft beer, do you have any tips on what it might be due?


Checklist for serving problems:

Almost all problem when serving draught beer is a result of any of the following::
- Incorrect temperature.
- Wrong pressure.
Dirty equipment.

Quick checklist to avoid problems:
- Does the beer have a temperature of 2-4 °C, and is it the same temperature all the way from fridge tobeer tap?
- Is the CO2pressure set correctly in relation to the temperature of the beer?
- Is your beer dispensing system and all the couplings properly cleaned?

Problems with too much foam:
- Beertemperature is too high.
- CO2pressure is too high..
- Dirty or broken equipment.
- Folds on the hose or anything else that rips the beer from flowing freely.

Absence of foam crown
- Beertemperature is too low..
- THE CO2 pressure is too low..
Dirty glasses.

The undropped beer is unnaturally cloudy:
- Frozen or almost frozen beer..
- The beer has been warmly maintained for extended periods..
- Old beer..
- Dirty faucet,, beerhose or keg coupler.
- Dirty glass
