Age limit for orders
Customers under the age of 18 must have a guardian's permission to place orders with us.
The prices of our goods are quoted in Swedish kronor. By default, prices including VAT are displayed. Any billing fee is always shown including VAT. The sales tax is also shown in sek before you confirm the order. Vat is 25%, 12% and 6%.
Shipping costs will be added to all orders. When you add something to your shopping cart, you can see what the estimated shipping cost will be in the box below the shopping cart. In cases where the freight companies charge Upptappat.se significant additional fees, this will be charged to the customer by agreement. This is included, if applicable, of course in advance and may apply to exceptionally bulky packages or distant addresses in the inland part of Norrland.

Longer delivery times than stated may occur during periods when we have high loads due to high order intake.
As a private consumer, you have the right to cancel your order before we send the order to you.
