General terms and conditions
For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply. You can read more about your rights as a consumer at the Swedish Consumer Agency. delivers to private individuals, companies, schools, organizations, associations and congregations on the Swedish, Danish and Finnish market.

Age limit for orders
Customers under the age of 18 must have a guardian's permission to place orders with us.

The prices of our goods are quoted in Swedish kronor. By default, prices including VAT are displayed. Any billing fee is always shown including VAT. The sales tax is also shown in sek before you confirm the order. Vat is 25%, 12% and 6%.

Shipping costs will be added to all orders. When you add something to your shopping cart, you can see what the estimated shipping cost will be in the box below the shopping cart. The shipping cost is then added to the total cost before confirming your order. In cases where the freight companies charge significant additional fees, this will be charged to the customer by agreement. This is included, if applicable, of course in advance and may apply to exceptionally bulky packages or distant addresses in the inland part of Norrland.

Customer/Personal Data
To shop with us, you must enter information in all fields that are mandatory when registering. If we do not have your e-mail address, we cannot send you an order confirmation and we cannot notify you of known delivery delays or if any part of your order cannot be delivered.

The personal data you provide to us is used for order management, invoicing, information, marketing and other purposes aimed at ensuring that our service works as well as possible. The data are not passed on to any third party.

Minimum order value
We do not apply a minimum order value. You can order for a value from 1 kr.

Payment method
We are currently working with two payment providers, PayPal and Payson, read more about their respective services and terms below. Payment can also be made via direct transfer or via our Bankgiro.

Payson - Pay by card, direct transfer or PaysonInvoice
Payment is easy and secure with Payson. Even if you don't have a Payson account before, you can quickly make the transaction through Payson. Payson cooperates with VISA, MasterCard and all Swedish banks offering direct payments, Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB, Nordea and Danske Bank.

Payson maintains high security standards and is PCI certified by Trustwave which is an international organization for secure e-commerce. All traffic is encrypted through SSL 128 bits and all card transfers are based on the banks' so-called 3D secure technology.

We offer the payment method "PaysonInvoice" in cooperation with Payson AB. Payment terms are 14 days. In order to order by invoice, you must be over 18 years of age and registered in Sweden and be approved in the credit assessment carried out at the time of purchase.

The invoice will be sent separately by e-mail to the e-mail address you provide at the time of purchase. In case of late payment, we will send you a reminder and the statutory reminder fee of currently 60 SEK will be added. We also charge interest on late payments of 2% per month from the due date of the invoice. In case of non-payment, the case is submitted to the collection agency whereby the statutory collection fee of currently 180 SEK is added. Payson reserves the right to refuse delivery in individual cases and reconsider the creditor's creditworthiness.

When paying with PaysonInvoice, the invoice will be pledged to Payson and then to SVEA Ekonomi AB, 556489-2924.

All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in western Gothenburg, where you can also pick up your orders. When collecting, it is important that you bring a valid ID and order number for quick handling.

Your order will be sent as An A-letter, Postal package, DPD Company Package 16.00 or with DHL/Schenker or other freight forwarder depending on weight and size. If the goods are sent as a parcel or registered mail, the shipment receives a package number that is used to show where the package is in the mail handling. You can track packages on Posten's website. Unfortunately, a regular message does not receive a package number and cannot be traced.

NOTE: We do not deliver Postal Parcels/Corporate Packages/Courier scans to box addresses. If you still choose that we will deliver to the box address, there will be a fee of 50-75 SEK.

Delivery has stock in Gothenburg. The products we have in stock are sent from us the same day or the day after the order has been received and/or paid. The products we DO NOT have in stock are sent as soon as we get them home – usually we get products home to our warehouse after 1-8 days and they are sent immediately to you. The delivery time for these goods will then be about 1-10 working days (within Sweden).

To some parts of Norrland and to Gotland, Posten delivers with a one-day delay, this is not included in the estimated delivery time we specify on the website.

Longer delivery times than stated may occur during periods when we have high loads due to high order intake.

As a private consumer, you have the right to cancel your order before we send the order to you.

Unclaimed package fee
In the case of unclaimed packages, we charge a fee of 395 SEK (including VAT) to cover the fees incurred when the package is returned to us.

Transport damaged goods
If a product is damaged during transport, the damage must be reported immediately to the freight forwarder (Posten, Schenker, DHL or similar).

Reservation of ownership
All items you ordered are's property until full payment has been received by us.

Conditions of complaint and right of withdrawal
In order to claim a faulty or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will send you a new item without any additional shipping cost, provided that the item is available. If we cannot replace you with a new item, we will refund you once we have received the defective item in return. For the return of defective goods, we will send you a bill of lading with paid postage.

In case of a complaint, please contact and to simplify the handling of the complaint, please state the order number and the reason for the complaint.

Right of withdrawal & returns
According to the Distance Contracts Act, a private consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The right of withdrawal applies when the product and packaging are returned in substantially unchanged condition. The product must not be used, but packaging must have been opened with care. As a customer, you are responsible for the reduced value of the goods as a result of handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.

In order to use the right of withdrawal as a private consumer, you must contact Returfrakten is paid for by the consumer. Refunds will be made as soon as we receive the goods back and the return is approved (refund will be made within 30 days).

Contact us for return address and number

All our products have a one-year warranty provided by our suppliers and manufacturers unless otherwise stated in the product description. We will of course help with kontakt and warranty measures, so do not hesitate to contact us. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, private consumers have the right to complain about a product within 6 months of the date of purchase.

Force majeure
Events outside the control of, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that is now relieved of its obligations to perform contracts entered into.

Other reserves the right to change all information without prior notice. In the event of a final sale or if a sales item has been issued, has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any pre-paid amounts. We reserve the right for typographical errors, final sales and price changes.
